When Sarah Michelle-Gellar gets thrown of her two storied building to her death, at the bottom right hand corner of your screen you can see a man pop his head over the balcony for about a second.
They have pictures of this on some fan websites, it's a cameraman, if you pause the movie and go in slow motion, frame by frame, you can clearly see him. I think it might have been on purpose, because he almost looks like he's laughing/smiling.
