Blair Witch Project - How Old Were You When You Died?

If you check out Mike's age on the missing poster, it says 24. His "autobiography" at www.blairwitch.com states that he was born in 1973. If my math is correct: 1973 + 24 is

1997. Weren't the people missing in 1994? He would've AND should've been 21, not 24.

But this, along with other items, (such as word choice), have probably been placed on the site on purpose, because the whole movie and it's story isn't fact - it's fiction (but pretty good fiction at that ;)...

Rio writes:: The poster was probably made in 1997, 3 years after they disappeared. Since they never found any bodies they couldn't really say that they were dead. The poster updated his age because it had been 3 years. Mike would've aged, not magically stayed 21.; 15 of 6576 found this helpful. Did you?
