Inspector Kemp's artificial arm is inevitably shown as the right one. Except...in one scene when the village mob is heading towards Frankenstein's castle. In that shot you can see it is Kempt's left arm that is disabled.

I'm not so sure it's intentional...remember how they drew attention to Igor's hump being on a different side? They didn't do anything about the arm...maybe slipup
