Knight Rider - Got No Bonnet Catch

In almost every one of the earlier Knight Riders, watch KITT's front end during the high speed chases (and various other scenes). Someone forgot to shut the bonnet (hood) properly! There's a huge gap underneath the scanner & headlight covers.

I agree that throughout the run of the show, when they are in (regular) Pursuit mode, the car they use looks as if the hood isn't latched entirely.
