X-Men - Action...Oops...Action!
Watch the scene where the X-Men enter the Liberty museum and Wolverine wanders off on his own for a minute. In the shot directly after Cyclops says "Dammit.." you can see Hugh Jackman hovering behind the pillar, waiting for his cue to walk out and say his lines. His arm and foot come out and then draw back slightly, as if he almost stepped out too soon.

Hmmmmmm.....I am gonna write this into the story, as not to spoil the flawless film. We know that when Jackman walks out he is supposed to be the changed Mystique, coz she bares one set of claws at Cyclops then the real Wolverine jumps out. So, lets just say that we can see Jackman/Mystique hidding behind the pillar waiting for the right time to strike....there sorted, IN YOUR FACE EVILMETEORS!!!!!!!

In my face? I dunno about that... I'd actually thought of this before posting, but it doesn't strike me as something done on purpose. If we'd been intended to see Mystique hiding behind the pillar, there'd have been a clear close shot of her, with ominous music and all. We already knew she was lurking around though, because we had all that when we saw her disguised as the Statue of Liberty model. And showing her changing into or simply lurking as Wolverine would only spoil the "big reveal" when Mystique whips out the claws and Wolverine jumps her. It's just not a good directorial decision to show her at that time (Singer's too good for that), and in truth, as a potential plot point it's awfully hard to spot; ergo, I'm sure it was an accident. Don't get me wrong, I love this movie. If I hadn't watched it 50 gazillion times I wouldn't have spotted this one. One of the best comic book/sci fi movies I've seen. But flawless, it ain't. In fact, there's a pretty darned big plot hole slipups.com doesn't seem to want to post; I've submitted it twice and it was rejected both times... :)

I don't believe that Slipups accepts "plot holes", just on-screen errors, bad lip synching, etc.
