Jaws 3-D - Swallow When You Chew
The shark eats Simon MacCorkindale's character. Then it swims around a bit and attacks a dolphin. Then a few minutes later it attacks the undersea control room and eats at least one technician. And yet, MacCorkindale's character is still just inside the shark's mouth, and is even still got his right hand extended with the grenade in it.

Any slip ups and/or gaffes is this movie are necessary to point out because it was and still is the worst use of the 3-d process in a movie. Rarely did things jump out at you and the special effects were awful. About the only redeeming feature is seeing Randy Quaid and Bess Armstrong starting there film careers. Speaking of which does anyone out there know why Louis Gossett Jr. signed on for this mess?

FitzRoyce does indeed remain lodged near the front of the shark’s mouth after getting “chewed,” crushed, and eaten (not necessarily a slip-up per se), but the Black technician who got chomped later did not really get eaten. In fact, he never got that far inside the shark’s mouth. The huge mother shark tightly clenched the screaming, struggling technician lengthwise in her jaws. Then, she bit down on him very hard a few times, noisily crunching his bones and brutally crushing him to death amidst a thick cloud of blood. Moments later, however, the technician’s broken dead body is seen drifting lifelessly in the water. The shark spit him out after violently munching and crushing him. The Black guy got crunched pretty good, but he did not get eaten or swallowed, so he never passed FitzRoyce’s dead body inside the shark’s mouth.
