If you watch the flashback scene where the young Bruce Wayne's parent being murdered. The boy's eyes are different colour from Michael Keaton's. Michael's eye are greenish-blue and the boy's eyes are brown. Is Batman wearing cool colour changing contact lens (in comics, when he wear the cowl, it is white!!!!)
Actually a young childs eyes are different colors throughout life. They are constantly switching every few months until they reach puberty. Some stop sooner, others later. So it is possible that the eye color would be different in an actual thesible science sense.
