Go to the scene where Arnie has entered the Wier building undetected and he is about to remove his weapon from the esky "supposedly" containing a "flesh eating virus." Firstly we see a close up of Arnie flipping off the lid for the esky. Then the camera angle changes as someone walks past Arnie. You can then see that the red lid has magically returned from the floor.
