When Harry and Lloyd are at the gala night or whatever, (for those stupid owls) Harry walks back to the bar after speaking to Mary and he actually slips on something. He tries to hide it and keeps walking. As he reaches the bar, he and Jim Carrey look down on what he slipped on...it's pretty funny, if you're in the right mood.
Actually I would think of that just being part of the stupidity of the movie being a joke of some sort.

After I read all of the slip ups, I watched the movie and saw that. But it could have simply been passed as him acting to slip up to kind of add more entertainment or something.
