Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory - Aren't We Forgetting Someone?
When the group finishes their ride on the Wonkamobile, Mr. Wonka is handing out suits to protect each person before they enter the Wonkavision room. But there are four people in the group not including Mr. Wonka, and you'll notice that only 3 suits are ever hanging on the pegs. Poor Mrs. Teevee gets overlooked. But in the next scene after they've entered the room, everyone is wearing their protective gear.
I own the DVD version of this movie and I just checked this scene. You're right, there are only three suits on the pegs TO THE LEFT OF THE DOOR. But I can clearly see another suit on a peg to the right of the door. You'll noticed that in the moment that the camera cuts, Wonka isn't going through the door, he's actually walking to the right of it, for that fourth suit.
Who says they entered the room right after they put the suits on. They could have had a little talk about getting an extra suit. That would have been a little boring don't you think if we had to watch them get a suit for Mrs. Teevee. Or it could just be the suddenly appearing suit thing.
could it be that there was another set of hooks? in almost every laboratory ive been to where they require protective suits there have always been extra hooks with suits hanging on them. always more then are needed. so in this case there would have been a suit for every one of the ticket holders (just in case they made it that far).
