In the beginning of the movie, you'll notice that the truck that Seven Seagal is using says "Appalachia Relief Mission" on both sides. Well, when Mr. Cotton gets beat up and Steven takes him to the hospital you'll notice that the truck now says "Hanner Coal Mining" This switches all throughout the movie.
