Dumb And Dumber - Is Lloyd Really That Fast?
When Lloyd has the briefcase at the airport he runs in to a tube that goes to the airplane that was going to Aspen. You can see him running in and then you can see the man (who said he couldn't go in there) walking to the window and you can see Lloyd (or his stand-in) already falling out. It was way to early for him to fall out of the tube. Lloyd was running really hard but not that hard. The tube was just too long.

I don't know, the guy and the camera give him about 4-5 seconds to run down the jet-way. You can run a good distance in 5 seconds if you're as skinny as Jim Carrey.

I agree, but I don't think it has to do with skinniness. ( I don't think that's a word, or else I spelled it wrong.)

Did you also notice that they managed to tell three day's story in about an hour-and-a-half?

If they waited for him to get all the way to the end of the tube, then the guy would be standing at the window and waiting for a while, and I don't think that they wanted to sit and wait so they made Lloyd fall off earlier.

Thinking that taking the extra couple of seconds whould have made the joke less funny. i agree with Jay its amazing how you noticed 5 seconds yet never managed to realise that 3 days story was told in the 101 mins ..

I think you guys are nitpicking. Unless you know the exact length of the jetway, and how fast Jim Carrey can run, I don't think you can say that the timing is off. I don't think I would call that a slipup.

And as far as the 3 days in an hour and a half, I don't understand why that's a problem.
