1) Watch the episode, The Return of Optimus Prime, Part 1.

2) Go to the part where Rodamus says "Defensor, stay here for back-up.

3) Right after that, he says "And remember everyone, don't touch any red dust."

4) You'll notice that Defensor's mouth is moving when Rodamus was talking!
