In the scene where Stith and Akima are fighting the Drej in the Titan, Stith says that "It was fun" indicating she was out of guns. When they lose a gun, the little turret on the screen she was using goes red, right? Well when she says she lost them all, you can clearly see that there is one green gun left, indicating that there is one gun left.
