In the third ending, when Wadsworth reveals he is Mr. Boddy, Professor Plum exclaims, "Oh shucks!" but his lips shape out something a bit more...graphic.
Perhaps the original script said something inappropriate, but they later decided to dub it over. Or maybe it was a made-for-TV movie, and they changed it for TV.

It's fairly common in the film industry to have the actors dubbed over. Usually it's during action scenes when they don't want to be worried about getting their lines correct or can't due to the situation. It was probably intentional to keep with the upbeat/silly mood of the movie...he's probably saying exactly what you think he is but they changed it in the final release.
