Power Puff Girls - Number of Eyes on Fish Monster Keeps Changing!
In the episode where a giant fish monsters emerges from Banzai gardens pond in Tokyo Townsville, the fish monster has 7 eyes. But in once scene, it only has 3! Then it goes back to 7. Then in another scene, it has 9!

All right, so this isn't about this particular slip-up, I just want to point out this web site's slip-up. This comes from a really big PpG fan. It's Powerpuff Girls - Power and Puff are not separate. Sorry, but it really irks me when people get small things like that wrong.
