At the end of the cartoon, when Homer and Flanders is driving away with the kids, in a previous scene, the door had fallen off. Yet, from the interior "control panel facing homer" view, there are "window marks" indicative of a window. (a re-used scene perhaps? they are becoming popular)

Puree Circus, The tent roof was threatening to rip off and you could clearly see sky straight across the screen, and yet the tent still managed to stay whole a few windy scenes later.
