When The new buzz and the toys are in the ducts of the building right before they her woody laughing because of being tickeld it shows buzz with his utility belt then the next cut buzz doesn't have it then the cut after he has it again!
But Buzz didn't catch up with New Buzz until after the scene where they charge in to rescue Woody. This one is probably an animators mistake, but I'll check the video to see for myself.
