On the episode of Malcolm in the Middle where the babysitter goes to Malcolm's house while his parents are at a convention, watch the part where the babysitter is coming on her bike. Sprinklers turn on and hit her as she is riding. She doesn't come out the least bit wet!!
I don't think that was a slip up, I think the creators do hat to emphasize how much the boys admired her. Like in that one Michael Jackson video The Way you Make me feel.
