In the episode 'The Goldberg Variation' (the one with the really lucky guy who is trying to get money to help a sick kid) the character of Henry Weems (the lucky guy) is supposed to have a glass eye, but if you look, his "glass eye" is constantly moving...

"Glass Eye" is just a term, eyes can be made from latex, plastic rubber, and other products, and can easily be attached to muscles.
