the book she is reading is not upside down, it looks that way because it is a tabloid.

Thats what I thought when I first saw this. "She's reading it upside down!" But it's more like a Mad Lib book-it opens from the bottom, not the side or the top, and you can clearly see "The book of WHO" upside down on it and the way it opens.
