In one recent Garfield Sunday strip, Jon asks Garfield why he wants to go to the North Pole and Garfield tells him in mime that it's because of "birds in tuxedos who can't fly." In other words, penguins. PENGUINS ARE ONLY FOUND AT THE SOUTH POLE!!!
It is inaccurate to say that penguins are only found at the South Pole! I live in Norway, of which 1/3 lies above the Arctic Circle. Penguins are found on the islands of Svalbard which lie deep into the Arctic Circle between the 71st° and 81st° Northern parallels. That's pretty darn close to the North Pole!
Tiamot, don't you mean puffins? These are small penguin-like birds who also live in the northern hemisphere. However they are not penguins, because they can FLY!!! Penguins only live in the southern hemisphere. The most northern place you can find them is on the Galapagos Islands, to the west of South America. You should learn your biology better!
