In the scene just before Dylan gets shot through Eric Knox's window, there is a close up of her and she has a black mark on her chin, then when the camera goes back to her, it's gone.
At one of the theaters that played the movie "Charlie's Angels", there was a defect in the screen that it was projected on.

If you slow the movie down when she is getting "shot" you will see that there is no bullet coming out the gun, even though they later show you how she survived.

The camera wouldn't be able to pick up a bullet going at that speed anyway without digital effects, so you wouldn't be able to see it even in slow motion

that black mark is supposed to be a bullet but it's not very well done so it looks like a smudge. not very good on the effects part of things!!!
