After Maximus defeats the Tiger Gladiator, we see the latter has a beard. Maximus is then lead out of the Colosseum by several soldiers, including Tiger, who has now lost his beard.
Tigris does not have a beard. It may look like he does because he has a chin strap to keep his helmet on. At most it looks as though he hasn't shaven in a day or 2. Also, it doesn't look like it is him that escorts him out of the Colosseum. Neither guard looks similar to Tigris.
