While they are on the TGV Max is trying to transfer the NOC list through the Internet with a notebook and a cell phone. While she is doing this the black guy (i can´t remember his name) is jamming Max´s phone using (again) a cell phone and a notebook.

Here is the slip up

The black guy (i still can´t remember his name) see Max´s bodyguard coming through the cart

checking out who´s jamming the line.

So the black guy leave his seat and leave his phone on the table.

Now, Why does he take his cell phone instead of taking it with him??? (everybody would say "just to continue jamming the line)

THAT IS THE EXACT MOMENT WHERE THE SLIP UP TAKES PLACE!!!!!!!!

At the back of the cart a bussiness man is trying to use his cell phone (he can´t use it because the black guy is jamming all signals) and an employee ask him if he needed help.

If you look well you´ll see that they were distributed like this in the cart

From the black guy to Max the distance was about 10 feet, and from the black guy to the man about 30 feet.

So when the black guy sees the bodyguard coming trough the cart, if he would have taken the phone, there wouldn´t have been any problems with the jamming of Max´s phone
