In the beginning of the movie when Arnold's character's uncle's house explodes, look for the log cannon under the car that goes flying. Very noticeable.
I hate to tell you this, but when they made this movie, the producers intentionally put every kind of movie mistake possible in plain site. As a matter of fact, there was a contest at the time of the movie's release where if you could point out all of the mistakes you could win some fabulous prize.
