I noticed this a week ago, so don't know if it's always been there or not, but if you look on Joey's fridge, on top, you will see that he has a jar of Quik chocolate powder. It is clearly labeled Quik. However, for a year or two now, Quik has changed it's name to NesQuik. Someone should get them some food that hasn't expired over the last year!
Joey obviously doesn't care much about eating old food. Remember when they were switching apartments and Monica wouldn't let him eat out of her refrigerator anymore? He stood up on a chair and was reaching around on top of the cupboard for a donut!!
OK, if you've ever watched the Real World, or Road Rules or even Making The Band (sorry to those of you who don't have cable!) they always black out, or blur over the brand names on peoples clothes. This is most likely what they did here since usually, the permission of Quik(NesQuik, whatever) is needed to show a product in a show. It wouldn't have been needed after the names was changed to NesQuik.
Yeah, and remember when Ross moves in with the other boys and organises the refrigerator? The top shelf was for 'expired products' and it was completely full!

For one thing, if they went to the trouble, don't you think they would have blurred the entire name, and not just "Nes"? Besides, you would have noticed. After all, you noticed it on The Real World, etc. It's just as the person said: it's old. Most likely, no one realized that the name had been changed, and saw no reason to change the Quik.
You have to remember that this is Joey we are talking about - remember "The one with Joey's fridge" when he ate the entire contents of the fridge coz it broke down? I rest my case...
