Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope - Is It That Time of the Month?
I'm putting this one in because my wife is convinced that it's true. In the scene where Luke rescues Leia from her cell, watch carefully when they exit. Look at her rear, it appears to be bloodied. There is another scene when they swing across the chasm. You see the same thing.

I've seen this before, but I don't think that's what it is. It's more of a muddy, dirty brown. They probably just put the muddy costume on her a bit early. Or it might just be the effects of lighting. (Or her underwear showing through.) Anyways, even though George Lucas obviously isn't very observant judging there are all these slip ups in here, someone should have noticed, especially Carrie Fisher, since she was supposedly having her period.

Maybe when Lord Vader sent in the "probe " to interrogate her they shoved one needle in to far. "this should never have happened" If only she'd used Tampax she would have been surfing about in that sludge down the garbage shoot.
