When he goes to Tina's house (the tall lady) to pick her up for the date. Tina comes to the door and the camera's shot is from "her" neck down. Well, you can clearly see that she has an Adams Apple. Which we all know girls don't have.
actually they do, its just not visible, like one of my teachers is a girl, her adams apple sticks out like a sore thumb, there is a lot of men that have them that aren't visible. good eye though
I could be wrong, but i believe they were trying to portray Tina very masculine. They tried making her look like a boy, that's why they added the adams apple, I believe.
