In the scene where The Dr. is showing his smudged bit of paper on the Over-Head-Projector, he pulls it off of the Right side of it as we are looking at it but the image also moves off to the right hand side. This doesn't happen. The image moves off to the left.
Perhaps the old man built the projector. Odds are, that was the most awful mistake in its design he could engineer into it. Defiance of logic! Cringe in fear, Mr. Spock.
