In the episode in which B.J. organizes a reunion for everyone's families back home, there is a bug out scene in which it shows the M*A*S*H unit driving several trucks in a caravan, the camera shoots the different characters driving in pairs down the road. However, you can tell that they were all filmed at different times using the same truck because of distinct scratches above the windshield.
