It was the episode where Otto was in that Madtown Contest. When Otto leaves the shop (with out his dad knowing) he is covered with trash. When he reaches Madtown He's got no trash on him. What is up with that?

Oh yeah, I remember. It was the one where Ray punished him for winning the contest instead of doing the work. I REALLY hate to see a contest winner get severely punished instead of severely awarded.
