In the beginning of the movie, when Harry & Sally are driving to New York, there is a shot of them on the highway. Look closely in the lanes going in the opposite direction: there is a white Ford Taurus going down the road. The beginning of the movie is set in 1977, but the Ford Taurus wasn't produced until the 1980's.
