In the car chase from the convent to the hospital,

Charlie and Brian are chased by a gold coloured Volvo 240. When we are in the car there is a sun-roof. The next external/distance shot shows the car without a sun-roof. The final aerial shot of the car parking shows the sun-roof back in place.
