After losing his star quarterback, the coach (Al Pacino) is perusing the team's schedule for the rest of the season. The schedule lists San Francisco as the only team called the Knights and the Texas team is called the Rattlers. However, the climax of the movie pits our heroes against the Texas Knights.
They did that on purpose, because in the movies, w/o consent from the teams, they can't say the real names of people or things or teams. They probably said no to naming the teams, so in order to save themselves from a lawsuit, they probably didn't do it!!!!!
Do you even know how to read, Bud? The slipup is that on the schedule, the San Francisco team is the Knights, but when they play the Texas team, they are also the Knights.
