When Kirk and McCoy are in the 'Rure Penthe' Mine, a tall alien approaches Kirk and grabs him and starts shouting in his language. Neither understand him. McCoy says, "He's definitely on about something, Jim." When he says this, for the first part, his lips aren't moving.
