When Gale Weathers is trying to get into the Sunrise Studio, just before Parker Posey's character frightens her, you see Gale squinting through the glass. But the slipup is, it's not actually glass she's squinting into - it's a cardboard sign hung up on the inside.
I don't know about this one...she tries to look through that window pane for a second (even though it's painfully obvious there is a sign there), then she realizes she can't see through that window, and goes over to the next (unblocked) window pane.
