Approximately halfway into the movie, Willow and Madmartigan are escaping from a camp full of Queen Bavmorda's soldiers. This takes place high up in a snow-covered mountainside. Madmartigan grabs a shield and uses this as a sled down the mountain. At one point in this wild ride the shield makes a huge jump, and since point-of-view for the camera is from below, you can clearly see runners under the "shield".
