When Tony and Acorn and Clayface (the green guy in the prison cell with Tony) are trying to escape Clayface pushes a stone to escape. He slides and his head hits the ground. Using the pause button watch as Clayface falls. You will see he has green hands, but his face has no green make-up. I guess stunt men don't like being green...
