sometimes throughout the episodes the left and right hands of people are swapped. For example in Volcano, where Cartman says that Skuzzlebutt has a piece of salary instead of a left hand, both Cartman acting Skuzzlebutt and Skuzzlebutt himself has it on the right hand. I've also seen books being flipped the wrong way, among other things. I think it's most common in the first episodes.
