In the episode "Avenging Angel" a heroin addict, Frank Desmond, wants revenge on Kelly by turning her into an addict as well. He inlists the help of a friend who is a dishwasher at a diner Kelly frequently eats at. Early in the episode the busboy shows Frank a photo of Kelly leaving the diner as confirmation that he has found her. Later in the episode, we see Kelly leaving the diner wearing the exact same outfit as in the photo. Also the people are in the background.

I sure they were trying to save money by taking the photo while shooting the scene but they could have at least changed her sweater.
