After Virginia enters the Lovely Sheep and Shepardess Contest, the Judge asks where her sheep is and Sally says "She hasn't got one." but Sally's mouth doesn't move. Bad editing mistake.
Not a slip-up. She is speaking deliberately without moving her mouth, which makes her comment all the more insulting/horrible/taunting/whatever.
Look _carefully_ :)
