When Gail and Dewey are about to dive into the bush from being hit by a car, you see a car being followed by another car, then one car, then 2 cars. Its a pretty big mistake. You can't miss it.
The cars are coming around the corner. Therefore you will only see one car until the other car comes around the corner. Then you have a closer shot of Dewey trying to get the cars to slow, so of course you will only be able to see 1 car until they pan back out.
