That happened during the scene when Bill (Tom Cruise) comes back home around 4 am after the orgy. when his wife Alice (Nicole Kidman) tells him the first half of her nightmare, she buries her face in the pillow. notice where the blanket is at that moment...somewhere around her thighs. but in the next scene, it's around her chest area. talk about ghosts!
