Last half of the movie. Doc and the rest of the "good-guys" are riding along. Doc begins coughing very hard (into a hankie) and nearly falls. He has blood coming from his mouth and down his chin. When he is helped from his horse, you get a glimpse of his hankie - it is clean as a whistle!
