South Pacific - Buttoned Shirt
Luther goes to give Ms. Forebush her clothing that he has made/washed he buttons his shirt for her, and they show the close-up of her inspecting the clothing. His shirt is unbuttoned and then when the GIs begin to whistle, his shirt is buttoned again.
