I noticed this when the movie first came out in theaters (don't have any idea how or why!). The interaction with the woman on the airplane is supposed to be following Stern's appearance as Fartman on the MTV Video Music Awards in 1991, right? Then the movie ends with Howard getting off of the plane and greeting his wife and three daughters. You may notice that one of his daughters is carrying a "Bananas in Pajamas" doll. That show (and the doll to go with it) was first produced in Australia in 1992, and didn't come to the U.S. until at least the mid 90s. So that doll is a few years ahead of itself!
