Lethal Weapon 3 - Superhuman Healing.

This one's near the end of the movie. Riggs is being closed in on by the bad guy in the tractor so Murter tosses him the gun with the special bullets which Riggs uses to shoot at the baddie...one of the shots clearly hits the guy right in the center of his forehead but later it miraculously healed up in order for him to say "go to hell, Rigg's"

I thought the same as you at first, but it was blood, because Riggs did NOT shoot him through the head, he could have done that with a normal bullet, he didn't need to be tossed a gun loaded with "cop killers" to shoot this guy in the head.
