When Erin goes to visit the family with the insurance problem,she walks up to the front door and before she actually knocks on the door you hear it first.
Sorry, this doesn't seem to be a slip-up. It appears to be one of the numerous "sound segways". Throughout the film, they end one scene and you hear the next before you actually see it. Best example is when Erin is fired and tells George she is a beauty queen. When the segway to the next scene, you hear her begin to tell what she "pledged" to do during her reign before you actually see her.
