There are about 3 scenes in the first half hour of the movie that chronologically take place in the same night. I will put them in order.

Selina Kyle comes home from work, and being saved by Batman.

Selina Kyle goes back to work the same night, gets killed by Max Schreck, and is brought back to life by alley cats.

Selina goes home, wigs out, and makes her cat suit.

In the first scene mentioned, she was wearing a coat and a brown two piece dress. In the scene where she is back at the office, and from there on out that I mentioned, she is a gray dress, and some weird shawl thing on her shoulders.
